All items offered by Things Military Ltd. are offered to our customers for whatever their needs or interests may be. Things Military Ltd. has no sympathy, expressed or implied, for any military or political organizations past or present.

 

By accessing our website, you, the user, agree to the terms and conditions we set out here. These terms and conditions may change at our discretion any time, and without notice. All orders and purchases made through this site are also governed by these terms and conditions.

 

Liability

 

All products illustrated may not be exactly as shown. Every effort to show a true representation has been made but slight variations may exist where more than one item of the same product is available.

 

Though reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the website is current and contains no inaccuracies or errors, no guarantees are made that the website's content will be error-free, accurate, complete or current at all or any times. When a mistake is noticed, we will correct it as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to notify affected users. This may mean that orders not yet shipped may be cancelled.

 

We are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or stolen messages or mail, unavailable connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions, online failures, hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions or disturbances, whether or not these circumstances affect, disrupt, or corrupt communications.

 

Things Military Ltd. is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to access to or use of our site, or sites we link to, whether or not these damages are foreseeable and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages.

 

Methods of Payment

 

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars. All prices listed on this site are subject to confirmation. You agree to pay all charges payable for your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

 

Shipping

 

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, and within any time indicated. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users if delivery is delayed. All items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.

 

Weights expressed are for shipping purposes only & are not necessarily a true weight of the item in question.

 

Returns

 

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your package by sending us an e-mail at sales@thingsmilitary.com for a return merchandise authorization number. (Items received without an RMA number will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.)

 

All products must be returned in the original purchase condition. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. Returned orders with missing items, used or broken merchandise will not be accepted. All returns are freight prepaid by the client.

 

Unless Things Military Ltd. has made an error in order processing or shipping, shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be notified of your refund by e-mail. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

 

Order Processing

 

When you place an order using Things Military's online product catalog services, the credit card information you submit will be transmitted in a secured format using secure server software (SSL) which encrypts this information. Of course, your credit card information will be submitted to the credit card institution for processing

 

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 days of receipt and shipped in the order that they were received. If exceptions do exist, you will be contacted by email or by phone.

 

Tracking Orders

 

Before we ship your order, we assign a Tracking Number to each parcel of the shipment. If you would like to track the shipment on the Canada Post website, please email us for the number.

 

Purchasing by Minors

Our policy is to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our on-line store, you must have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Taxes

In Canada, the Goods and Services tax (GST) is applied on every product sold in our on-line store.

Customs and Duty

 

You might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Ammunition

 

Ammunition sales require a copy of your Canadian PAL and Driver's Licence.  We can only ship ammunition to the address as shown on your driver's license. All ammunition will be shipped freight collect where possible.

 

Instore Sales

 

All instore sales are subject to instore sales policies. On-line sales policies do not apply. For instore sales we are able to accept the following methods of payment: cash, debit, Visa, and Master Card.
